Security Perimeter Fence – RAAF Williamtown Air Base Defence

September 2014 – Fencing Australia completes a two stage fencing project at RAAF Williamtown Air Base undertaken for Transfield Services.

The fencing involved supply and installation of 1.5km of 2400mm perimeter security fence, (Class 2) around the RAAF facility at Williamtown Air Base.  Re-meshing to a further  1.5Km of perimeter fence around the Air Base was also carried out at this time.

Major considerations  for this project included maintaining Base security, meeting the work conditions required for a fully functional Air Base, and the imperative completion of works within the tightly defined time line.
